Hello from the Schoen Family!
David Schoen and Mary have been married for 20 years (in July of 2026) and have two children, Samantha (pictured left) and Alexander (pictured right).

Biography
David Schoen, a lifelong Texan, moved to Rockwall with his wife Mary in 2015. Since settling in the community, David has been an active member of the Rockwall CERT team, serving as Operations Officer since 2023. David graduated from the Rockwall Citizens Police Academy in 2021 and was appointed to the Planning and Zoning Commission in 2025.
David also serves on the Fontanna Ranch HOA Board, where he has held the roles of Treasurer and, currently, President.
David and Mary are members of First United Methodist Church of Rockwall. David has contributed to both the Trustees and Finance committees, leading the Trustees in 2021.
The Schoens have two children: Alexander, who attends Ursula Rakow Middle School, and Samantha, who attends Sharon Shannon Elementary.
